Once Upon A Time - Advent Windows

In the lead up to Christmas 2020, we worked with b-arts and artists Sue Guthrie and Harry Jukes, and we asked people in our community to create an advent window. This entailed decorating their window with a variety of different materials, and for one evening each in the 24 day run up to christmas, they would light their window up for all passers by to see. 

This created an advent calendar that has been spread throughout Chell Heath, Chell and Fegg Hayes.

We also asked people to help us write the Stokie 12 Days of Christmas and local artist Harry Jukes has written a song and created a window display. Just below is the song which was recorded by Shae (A Tunstall girl and friend of FHF), staff and young people from our YMCA GO group and one of our volunteers.
